China’s monthly trade surplus with the United States rose to a record high of US$34.1 billion in September on the back of an escalating trade war that shows little sign of cooling.
The figure, released on Friday by the customs administration, represented a 10 per cent increase from the US$31.05 billion surplus booked for August, suggesting Washington’s tariffs on imports of Chinese products have yet to have the desired effect of narrowing the trade gap between the two countries.

I agree with you, Chinese companies are just eating their backlog.
Chinese markets are already down by more than 25% (that's trillions!)..wait till the tariffs take effect.
Anyone still believing the Chinese rise myth (which was, by the way, a narrative heavily pushed by CNN over the last 10 years) is a fool. Also. .as I asked before. .can someone please investigate all the ad money CNN made from Chinese ads and how it influenced their "unbiased "(lol!!) reporting? That network has 95% negative coverage on Trump but loooooves anything Chinese. Such a weird coincidence.
But parrot Fred sees nothing wrong here. He thinks the narratives cnn presents are facts. He thinks the ad money cnn makes doesn't influence how their CxOs want news to be reported.

Also notice how CNN Turk (their Turkish network) just loves Erdogan? Such coincidence again. When will they be investigated? They couldn't harm US interests more and cause more division among Americans if Putin were CEO and did the programming.
