Defense Blog: New era: U.S. Air Force makes historic deployment to Ukraine
The 144th Fighter Wing F-15C Eagle fighter jets are making a historic deployment for the first time ever on Ukrainian soil to participate in Clear Sky 2018.
One of Ukraine’s biggest military exercises began on Monday, Oct. 8, 2018, at Starokostiantyniv and Vinnytsia Air bases. The Clear Sky exercise will continue until 19 October.
A U.S. Air Force F-15C Eagle fighter jets assigned to the 144th Fighter Wing from California Air National Guard Base Fresno temporarily deployed to Starokostiantyniv Air base to conduct aviation exercises with the Ukrainian Sy-27 and MiG-29.

Well, Kremlin will protest just because they have to do it. So far, neither Russia nor US want any confrontation there.
Just keeping up the show. If they don't, how are they going to justify the massive military budget, to the peons, without a traditional bad guy in play of life and death.

I never said he wasn't poisoned. It wasn't a part of the issue I raised. But I note what you yourself said about the poisoning and Russia, "which he hints was behind the attack on him". "He hints" perhaps as a means of getting his face on the front page again. As I said, it is all show.
If it was Russia actually I would have thought they would have been more efficient and nailed it.
