President Trump Unloads On The Mueller Investigation

Daily Mail: Furious Trump rages that Mueller's team is full of 'Democrat thugs' and the probe 'a total mess' as he claims its investigators are 'screaming and shouting at people' and have gone 'absolutely nuts'

* Donald Trump alleges that the special counsel's office is intimidating potential witnesses and refusing to probe Democrats' bad acts
* Said in a tweet: 'The inner workings of the Mueller investigation are a total mess. They have found no collusion and have gone absolutely nuts'
* Unclear where the president derived the information from, but the charge coincided with reports he'd met with his legal team this week
* He's said to be reviewing written responses to questions posed by the special counsel that Trump intends to submit to Robert Mueller
* Also appointed a new acting attorney general, Matt Whitaker, who he put in charge of the Russian meddling investigation

President Trump alleges that the special counsel's office is full of 'thugs' who are intimidating potential witnesses and refusing to probe Democrats' bad acts.

'The inner workings of the Mueller investigation are a total mess. They have found no collusion and have gone absolutely nuts,' he claimed in a rage on Thursday morning. 'They are screaming and shouting at people, horribly threatening them to come up with the answers they want.'

WNU Editor: This investigation has been ongoing now for over a year and a half .... I think it is finally dawning on the President that there is no interest within the Mueller investigation to wrap this up.

Coming from the man who said "If you buy a box of cereal — you have a voter ID”; this tweet rant really makes you think!

Thanks CHUDS.

Chuds?

When the Clinton investigation was going on and as much as I disliked that man, I eventually thought enough is enough.

Why Mueller was given a blank check is not something I understand. Is he attempting to pad his income figures for increased SS benefits?
And why no mention of what our tax dollars are getting from the guy in Utah who is allegedly investigating something?

This investigation will last for the entirety of the Trump presidency...... I believe. The Dems will support it and Meuller’ job within government will be over if he ever does decide to end it.

Trump's Attack on Mueller Is About One Thing: Fear

Why would the president risk adding to Mueller’s obstruction inquiry? There are bigger things at stake for him.

One thing Mueller and his team are showing plainly for all wishing to see is how the American (in)justice system works. In the past, this type of government action has generally been directed against low lever or mid level operatives that no one likes anyway or against those that don't have the monetary or other resources to fight back. Never before has such colossal injustice been directed against a duly elected POTUS.

In the past, Americans had the option to blithely believe we have a decent criminal justice system. There lacked as much direct evidence to refute this notion. Now that the veneer has been ripped off only those flat out not wishing to see can deny this now.

I have a great of experience indirectly and directly dealing with our government both professionally and personally. As to the criminal justice side, I have much indirect experience here.

According to the media the Mueller Commission is a well oiled machine. As the media and the Mueller Commission work like hand and glove, I am not sure how much credibility to assign to this. The beginning of POTUS's tweet describes a reckless group that is in disarray. From my indirect experience, I know this is what happens when a prosecutor and his/her team are under great pressure to get a conviction and they have nothing of value to contribute. They break down, yell, and threaten people. As such, color me unimpressed by the witnesses who are supposedly cooperating. Here's how it works in a nutshell. 1.)Prosecutor needs "dirt." 2.)Prosecutor investigates associates of target. 3.)Prosecutor finds "dirt" on associate often unrelated to case. 4.)Prosecutor then approaches associate explaining what he/she has and what they must do to stay out of jail. 5.)Prosecutor will destroy family members of associates if necessary. 6.)Prosecutor presents associate with the "story" he/she wants and reminds associate of consequences for failure to cooperate. 7.)Prosecutor has now "flipped" the associate.

Seen it all before, nothing new under the sun. The trouble with team Mueller is the same as with allot of big organizations. They tend to be fat, slow, dumb, and ugly. Team Mueller is this on steroids. Frankly team Mueller are bullies who need to be dealt with in the manner that bullies should be dealt with. For starters, such people are contemptible.

In team Trump, they are dealing with an organization that is lean, fast, brilliant, and as to the beauty part this is debatable. I suspect he has never dealt with such a formidable foe. Unfortunately for him and his team, they have to carry on. No telling how many people they have run roughshod over here and what manner of laws they have violated. This is a trap for them entirely of their own making. They picked a fight they didn't need and for no good reason.

The beginning of Trump's tweet describes perfectly how multiple sources have described a prosecution that is going off the rails and can't find what they are looking for. An additional problem with Mueller and his supporters they are like children in adult bodies who have been given absolute power and unlimited resources. They tend to lash out when they don't get their way and they hurt good people. For the good of the country and probably the world this needs to be shut down ASAP.

Perhaps the worst part about this is this circus/kangaroo court has poisoned relations with a very powerful country whose assistance is going to be needed in the coming years in a number of areas. The adults in the room are at least trying to maintain good working relations with them.

As my previous post ran long, I will add that local prosecutors and law enforcement officials tend to do a fine job and tend to be honorable men and women. Its when we get into top management that there tends to be a problem. Even if only 5% of an organization are "bad apples" it is going to taint the organization. This is going to be especially the case if the "bad apples" are at the top levels of management.

I do know of once case where the prosecutor kept the case "open" for 25 years. As this was a low level case and had little publicity, when the new prosecutor decided enough was enough and dropped the case there was little harm done to the previous prosecutor for the egregious miscarriage of justice. In the case of Mueller, Trump's tweet perfectly describes what has been described to me by multiple sources when a prosecution begins to fall apart and cannot get what they want. Given the publicity, Mueller has to continue. I don't think he survives politically or professionally otherwise AND should the gears of this government be directed back on him as pursuant to the laws of sewing and reaping he and his team are in BIG trouble. They must carry on!!
