ABC News Online: Brexit one step closer as EU and UK agree to terms of future relationship

Britain and the European Union have agreed upon a draft text setting out a close post-Brexit economic relationship, though wrangling with Spain over control of Gibraltar must still be settled before European Union leaders meet in order to rubber-stamp the pact.

Britain is due to leave the EU on March 29, and diplomats are trying to put the finishing touches to a divorce deal.
