Reuters: Ecuador's Moreno says Wikileaks' Assange can leave embassy if he wants

QUITO (Reuters) - Ecuadorean President Lenin Moreno said on Thursday that there was a “path” for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to leave the South American country’s London embassy, where he has lived for six years under asylum, if he so chooses.

Assange has claimed that Ecuador is seeking to end his asylum and hand him over to the United States, where prosecutors are preparing to pursue a criminal case against him. Wikileaks has released thousands of classified U.S. military documents, among other disclosures.

WNU Editor: It is now only becoming a question of time before he is escorted out of the door. A part of me wonders if Julian Assange is waiting for a Labour government. A Jeremy Corbyn does not strike me as someone who would accommodate the U.S. by extraditing him to the U.S.

It's funny how there appears to be ZERO interest among the Mueller bunch to interview Assange. The one man with all the answers re: the so-called Russian hacking investigation. Seems that if they were actually after the truth, they'd be very publicly enthusiastic about getting their hands on him.

I think the problem is that Assange's testimony - if he says anything at all - will differ significantly from the manufactured template of Mueller, Schiff and the rest of the autocrats involved in this charade.

As a matter of fact it could lead to legal jeopardy for the entire Mueller Mob.
