The Navy's nine front-line wings "lack the range, endurance, survivability and specialization to carry out the operational concepts needed to defeat great-power militaries," the Washington, D.C.-based Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments warned in its December 2018 report "Regaining the High Ground at Sea."

If you are going to use slang try to use it like a native speaker. It is darkey not darks. I have never heard the term IRL myself, but from news reports 2 or 3 times in the last 3 decades. Very few if any people use that term. If you hear it, it is remarkable and you should note it in your diary as it is a once in a lifetime event.
