U.K. Government Plans To Deploy 3,500 British Soldiers In The Event Of A No Deal Brexit Departure

Daily Mail: Britain told to prepare for no deal DOOMSDAY: Thousands of troops on standby, ferries to ship in emergency supplies and millions of families told 'get ready' as ministers activate ALL Brexit backup plans with 101 days to go

* Theresa May gathered Cabinet to discuss ramping up plans for no-deal Brexit
* Another £2billion has been allocated to contingency planning as risks increase
* Fears raised that large-scale plans are being allocated too late to soften the blow

A world, or at least a part of it, gone mad.

May lost Brexit when she gave up a few hammers at the start of her negotiations some 16 months ago. She said no WTO crashing out. No hard border between Northern Ireland. No problem for EU citizens to come to England.

She gave all her leverage away, silly women.

WTO exit should have been the Brexit starting point and then force the EU to make Brexit much sweeter for the Brits. She gave away leverage for nothing, no way to negotiate. Everything should have been up for dealing, and nothing given away for free.

This is 100% a fear mongering campaign with no merit.

Fearmongering maybe but I worry more about Scotland than Northern Ireland the border there is calm and peaceful.
