U.S. Senate Debating Bill To End U.S. Military Support For The Saudi-Led War In Yemen





ABC News: Senate advances measure to end US military support for the Saudi-led war in Yemen

The Senate on Wednesday advanced a measure to end U.S. military support for the Saudi-led war in Yemen, fueled by a desire to send a strong message to Saudi Arabia over the kingdom's role in the murder of Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi.

The Senate voted 60-39, with 11 Republicans who supported the measure. It was unclear when the Senate would take it's final vote on the measure.
