WNU Editor: I am sure The Saudis are not happy that the U.S. is leaving Syria. It means that they must now step up, a prospect that I am sure makes them feel very uncomfortable in view of how their military has failed to subdue the Houthis in Yemen..

The US federal govt has created a shambles of its finances thanks to Obama's $10 trillion credit card spree he initiated. Even worse because he got away with it, Trump feels free to raise it just as much. Future Presidents have been unleashed till the great ponzi scheme collapses. Consequences of this are the US can't do what it used to around the world and power vacuums are being created and filled.

We are seeing it with the EU looking to break away from NATO security, which they don't trust; middle east won't be policed by the USA anymore. Russia doesn't have the finances to fill it either, China might try and due to their acute need for Middle East oil and gas, they will be tempted.
