"But Trump told us ISIS done in Syria"

After VE & VJ day there were American soldiers being murdered while on patrol and German and Japanese civilians being killed & murdered.

Defeated enemies are not totally toothless.

I've heard that American soldiers killed/murdered Japanese civilians during the occupation a dozen or a score of times in the past year broadcast on the radio. I really like that announcer unlike some of the trolls here. Now, why is that? Is it because said trolls are A__Hats?

How much of that is interest saddled upon the current administration by past congresses.

All spending starts in the house of Representatives or in the judiciary.
