Putins 10 year journey of destroying the INF treaty is now completed. He has a weapon(s) that NATO can't match for at least 10 years if it had the will power to deploy, which it doesn't. So Putin with these long range missiles and his S-400 air defenses can now target any base, any flying aircraft in Germany, Poland and the Baltics with fast flight time missiles. Putin's Russia with a tiny fraction of the EU's wealth has used its meager resources cleverly on low cost missiles to tame NATO.
Well played.
