Go through your house/apartment and eliminate everything, including stuff with components made in China and see how bare your home becomes. Before large corporations who moved to China decide to return to the US they will consider the lost profits they get due to cheap labor in China vs the cost of re-establishing production back home. Not only cheap labor but also the absence of unions and laws that affect ease of production.
If anything they will locate elsewhere in the East. Those jobs are never coming back to the US. Many of them never existed in the US. At a convention a while ago Obama, then President, asked Steve Jobs how America can get those jobs back. Jobs told him they aren't coming back. Google his response and the example why he gave.
