WNU editor: Moscow's policy towards China has been consistent under Putin for the decade or two. Sell China energy and other resources. Sell some military weapon systems. Negotiate investments in large resource projects. Find some common ground to circumvent U.S. dominance in financial networks, and to counterbalance U.S. dominance on geopolitical issues. And that is about it. There is no interest in Russia to form a deeper alliance with China.,
