Saudi Arabia Demands Decisive Action To Oil Tanker Attacks

Reuters: Saudi seeks oil supply protection as U.S and Iran face off

DUBAI (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia called for swift action to secure Gulf energy supplies, after the United States blamed Iran for attacks on two oil tankers in a vital oil shipping route that have raised fears of broader confrontation in the region.

Thursday’s tanker attacks in the Gulf of Oman exacerbated the antagonistic fallout from similar blasts in May that crippled four vessels. Washington, already embroiled in a standoff with Iran over its nuclear program, has blamed Tehran.

Iran has denied any role in the strikes on the tankers south of the Strait of Hormuz, a major transit route for oil from Saudi Arabia, the world’s biggest crude exporter, and other Gulf producers.

"Saudis demand decisive action..." The Saudis aren't exactly trustworthy. Might they have staged the attacks and blamed the Iranians? It's certainly plausible. They are quite clever and US (un)intelligence is quite stupid due to a combination of low IQ and ideological blindness. As such, while war with Iran may be inevitable it is extremely risky!!

Essentially 10s of millions of Americans will die in such a war wirh Iran and the probability of ultimate victory is 50% at best. Of course Iran has Russia and China as allies. As long as that stands, Iran has nothing to be concerned about. Thanmfully Xi has taken the enormous risk entailed in declaring Trump a
Friend. Thank God for Trump and let us hope and pray for second term for him.

Also, get real if you think Trump isn't on the war path. Do you also still believe the rest of his election promises too? Oh boy, I bet we'll be out of Syria and Afghanistan any day now! Yup, just gotta hold my breath for a few more minutes...

He's been compromised by the Israel lobby ever since Bolton took control and they have no issue closer to their hearts than Iran. Probably still better than whoever they're going to run against him I suppose, but don't think for a minute that the donald is going to keep your kids out a war with Iran. His handlers WANT it and are willing to fight to the last dead American to ensure Israeli regional dominance .

Time to escort the tankers out of the region using gunships or whatever.

A guy got stranded on a island in the pacific for 20 years. On June 1st, 2030 he was rescued by a passing cruise ship. A passenger on that cruise ship brought him up to date on the happenings in the world. The guy was overjoyed to hear that Microsoft stocks had split and were now at $12,365. a share. He had thousands of them in his safety deposit box just waiting for him to come home. The guy told him that back home everything was cool. When the rescued guy asked him what he did for a living he said, "I have a great gob. I'm a tail gunner on a Bud Lite truck".
