RFE: Ukraine's Zelenskiy Calls On Putin To Meet Face-To-Face For Talks
KYIV -- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has called on Russian President Vladimir Putin to talk.
In a July 8 video statement on Facebook, Zelenskiy said he was ready to hold talks with Putin in the Belarusian capital, Minsk.
"We need to talk? We do. Let us discuss who Crimea belongs to and who is not there in Donbas," Zelenskiy said, adding that he wanted the leaders of the United States, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom present at the talks.
Moscow annexed Ukraine's Crimean Peninsula in March 2014. Shortly thereafter, Moscow began supporting separatists in eastern Ukraine, a region known as the Donbas, in a conflict in which some 13,000 people have been killed since April 2014.

WNU Editor: Nothing is going to happen until after this month's Ukrainian parliamentary elections. And after that if there is any hope for substantial progress in any peace talks, as I had outlined in a previous post .... Is Ukraine About To Begin A New Dialogue With Moscow? Failure to do so will only mean that the war will grind on. And speaking of the war, this is not what I call a hopeful signal .... Ukraine Requests U.S. Weapons Ahead Of Possible Trump-Zelenskiy Meeting (RFE).

Freeland and friends will do everything they can to stop this.
Give Ukraine M-1 tanks and F-35s and Himars,LOL!!!!
I doubt if it would be a good idea to provide Ukraine with F-35s. Likely they would end up in Russia's hands, one way, or, another.
Personally I am really happy with my F150.
Why are you even responding to that bot?
"Hurrr, my kid's teacher is a communist because she said sharing is caring!@!!! LOL GIVE my kid nukes!!!"
He's a living sculpture of retardation.

It is likely they won't pay for them, or if money does change hands it will come from the US anyway.
