Axios: Exclusive poll: AOC defining Dems in swing states
Top Democrats are circulating a poll showing that one of the House's most progressive members — Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez — has become a definitional face for the party with a crucial group of swing voters.
Why it matters: These Democrats are sounding the alarm that swing voters know and dislike socialism, warning it could cost them the House and the presidency. The poll is making the rounds of some of the most influential Democrats in America.
"If all voters hear about is AOC, it could put the [House] majority at risk," said a top Democrat who is involved in 2020 congressional races. "[S]he's getting all the news and defining everyone else’s races."

WNU Editor: These leaked internal Democrat poll numbers are jaw dropping. If true, U.S. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is rapidly becoming the face of the Democrat Party. And as bad as her numbers are with swing voters, they are even worse for Rep. Ilhan Omar. I now understand why House Speaker Pelosi and her colleagues are trying to minimize "The Squad's" media exposure.

Brilliant political move. Force every Democrat to defend the Four Morons of the Apocalypse while the internecine Dem civil war rages in the background. Likely exacerbated by the leaking of this poll. And thrusting all four of them (the most loathed politicians in the US) loudly back into the media limelight.

BTW - I agree that these women should not be coming from other backgrounds and blathering comments like they do; Shows ill-respect for our processes. Also, it shows how stupid they (and their Liberal buddies) really are.

Trump doesn't even need to debate or speak with these people. All he has to do is close his mouth and point at these "fresh faces" and "thought leaders" for the average person with common sense, self respect, a basic understanding of the constitution and some semblance of a work ethic to walk away from the voting booth or just toss in for Trump. These leftists just cant help but shoot themselves in the foot at every opportunity thinking that their talking points, originating from emotionally disturbed, rabid, frothy college professors and student activists, resonate with the average American liberal. 2020 is in the bag, get over it yeast balls.
It's a party owned by wealthy special interests and now the keyholders who paid a lot of money to put people like Pelosi and Schumer in power are getting nervous about their investment. They thought they could whip up the new-age radical left by speaking their language for a little while and still have their "justified preemptive wars" and sip champagne on wall street as if Billy C was still in power. They were wrong. None of them have the political acumen of Bill. Their faux-progressive party is going to crumble under the weight of such massively contradictory policies.
The same is true for most of the republican old guard, but at least their "renegades" like Trump or the Paul family are somewhat popular with the blue collar worker so they don't outright try to purge them.
I honestly doubt Trump is playing 4D chess because nobody really knows how half a billion people will react to any given statement/event. He just says some incendiary shit and lets the other side devour each other over it. It doesn't take a genius to see that the two wings of the Democratic party are natural enemies.
