Chinese Military Releases Dramatic Video On How They Will Quell Hong Kong's Protesters

Time: Chinese Military Video Seen as a Thinly Veiled Warning to Hong Kong

China’s military has released a video showing troops carrying out drills and cracking down on protestors in what appears to be a warning aimed at Hong Kong as the city approaches its ninth straight week of demonstrations.

The video was posted Wednesday by the People’s Liberation Army Hong Kong Garrison on Chinese microblogging platform Weibo. In the captions, the military declares support for the city’s Beijing-backed government, and emphasizes the army’s role in protecting Hong Kong’s stability.

The three-minute clip features troops unleashing rounds of gunfire, blowing up cars, unrolling barbed-wire barricades and launching missiles.

WNU Editor: Beijing is sending a very clear and blunt message to Hong Kong's protesters. They will use deadly force to stop them.

Trump is definitely in the position to apply crippling pressure on China...

I hate to see the Chinese do this. Any military use of force in Hong Kong would be the end of the cheap crap out of China.

Define cheap. Stuff usually lasts as long as it is designed to last. Pricing might not reflect actual designed quality.

The goods I have seen in China, cars, planes, cameras, & computers were not cheap nor defective.

There were people who spiked milk with melamine to fool quality tests for protein and they were executed, which was awesome. It was an internal problem hurting Chinese citizens. I do not think many (like most people) care about the poisonous dry wall, dog food, or medicines, since it is hurting foreigners.

If the goods are cheap, you can blame people living in California or such places who import it and pocket the difference. Many places in China build to design and they get the design from Westerners.

That said, I would like to see an embargo against China. It would help Americans, Chinese, and everyone else. It would even help liberal nutcases.

It could be worse. The people of Hong Hong could be living in Germany.

Hong Kong residents should thank tyheir lucky stars that they do not live in Germany ruled by the tyrant Merkel

German interior minister Horst Seehofer had said during a news conference that the suspect, who is accused of fatally pushing an eight-year-old boy in front of a moving train in Frankfurt on Monday, had been considered “an example of successful integration” and was “mentioned in publications” in Switzerland.

Liberal success. Migrant murders citizen.

Don't feel bad for the 8 year old thrown under a train. He had white privilege.

Sure as long as you're Chinese in China, following the lockstep rule of the Chinese party, then you're safe. Good luck being non Chinese. Good luck being disobedient. Good luck being a free individual

You are as free in China as you are in the USA. There are a few exceptions

In the USA I can hunt. Although this is not through the good graces of my fellow man. Liberal retards (Libtards) have moved heaven and earth to abolish it.

In the USA you have libtards that want to force you to go vegan and/or not to wear fur. They will engage in assault and battery.

In China you cannot go to any church like a house church, but you can go to church. China is only slightly less intolerable than the USA, where the liberal retards take great delight in hunting Christians they can haul into court at the drop of hat.

East Asian governments learned the wrong lesson in regards to Christianity. Also Christianity has a yard stick with which to measure people and the PRC is afraid of it. Such a yardstick would at once advance them and harm them They would be subjected to hard and fast metrics.

You have not defined what free means. In the USA you are not free. You have to pay 20%, 50%, 75% or 99% or more of whatever you earn. On top of that some retards want a wealth tax. In the USA retards want you to believe in what they call science. They lie about AGW and genetics.

In China you can choose your job every bit as much as you can in the USA. It comes down to grades, luck and hookups just like in the USA.

Before you bitch about freedom of religion in China, you should look at it in the US first. Religion is an active front in the culture war. It is a bitter, drawn out fight with no end in sight. But since you are the one offending, you have no cognizance of how religious people in the US feel toward the Left and their shackles they try to put on religion.

I remember seeing a black woman in Chengdu recently. She must have been the only black woman or black person with in 500 miles. She was walking alone and had not a care in the world. She was safer in China than the US (unless she met a Muslim).

I traveled in China. I had the option of train or plane. I have taken both. I took trains first, because well it is China. I did not trust the panes. When I finally took a plane in China it was as good as anything I have flown in the US.

You should take a vacation there, so that you have some first hand knowledge.
