U.S. Now Saying That Iranian Oil Tanker Is Heading To Syria

Al Jazeera: US blacklists Iranian oil tanker 'headed to Syria'

Adrian Darya 1 on its way to Syrian port of Tartus in contravention of EU sanctions, Secretary of State Pompeo says.

The United States blacklisted an Iranian tanker at the centre of a major diplomatic dispute with Tehran, saying it had "reliable information" the ship was transporting oil to Syria in violation of European Union sanctions.

In a statement issued on Friday, the US Treasury Department said the Adrian Darya 1 was "blocked property" and "anyone providing support" to the vessel risked being sanctioned.

The ship's captain, Akhilesh Kumar, was also blacklisted under the order.

Somehow I think that tanker might be involved in an accident or holdup ;) Then the next morning Trump will tweet "oh shit, no, what happened, guys? Dammmn, that looks bad".. then one day later Iranians in front of a sailboat "no what? everything is cool, look, our super tanker is right there :P" :D

Pre-war is kinda entertaining, but I hope shit gets resolved ASAP. The people in Iran should not suffer from this / war should not be an option - and I'm quite sure Trump won't go there.

I would say Israel will have the most to gain in keeping that oil from reaching port in Syria. They always come up with something clever.

And while you're typing, go look up estimates of what the impact of Chinese pilfering the efforts of others' has cost.
By the way, to what countries' electronics firms are you referring? China's or the rest of the world, being that there is currently an outflow of industries from China.

Just a thought.
