Reuters: China to counter latest U.S. tariffs as Trump vows deal on U.S. terms

BEIJING/WASHINGTON (Reuters) - China on Thursday vowed to counter the latest U.S. tariffs on $300 billion of Chinese goods but called on the United States to meet it halfway on a potential trade deal, as U.S. President Donald Trump said any pact would have to be on America’s terms.

The Chinese finance ministry said in a statement that Washington’s tariffs, set to start next month, violated a consensus reached between Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping at a June summit in Japan to resolve their disputes via negotiation.

In a separate statement, China’s foreign ministry spokeswoman, Hua Chunying, said, “We hope the U.S. will meet China halfway, a

The whole world is watching the China myth collapse

Remember just 5 years ago the likes of cnn told us china was unstoppable

Today we laugh at this idiocracy. Or own people - cnn at the forefront - airways divide our own nation and cheer on China. Have done so for years. Now the the tide shifts they try to hide all the ad dollars they took from China in 2016-2019. China was CNNs largest ad and editorial (their analysis section where they take Chinese money and tell you lies and you go 'look an annalyst on cnn aid'. No. You're an idiot. If you read cnn in the last years you've read the communist party position. And your money (the clicks )is then going to Zuckers bank account (ceo of cnn)

Now you tell me. Who is a bigger threat to the USA? Trump or the liars at cnn? Just look at what don lemon did this week.it's so disgusting I won't even mention it here. That guy gets to spew hatred st in and day out. But. .he Senf his buddy Smollet - another beauty - get to literally incite hate crimes in the US under the protection of cnn

Makes you think

Yeah China is having a very bad time since Trump got into office. If he wins the trade war, the single biggest shift in this century will have happened in front of or eyes. And, hate him or not, he did that while almost all of our media, except fox perhaps, tied his hands behind his back. Called him a traitor. Called him racist. Called him sexist. Called him mentally unfit. Called him psychologically unfit. Think of it.

We need to get behind Trump in my opinion. Generations later they will still benefit from this.

The alternative: fall on your knees and learn Chinese. If even Vietnam can stand up to these tyrants then so can we

And, knowing Vietnamese, they would win and so will we. Get behind Trump is my advice. Don't listen to all these idiots who have been wrong for so long.

China has just fallen on its knees and offered the American president a sloppy blow job. That Xi is still in office is almost a miracle. He better check hos plane engines every time personally now. Meet China half way. Of course Trump won't and has said so from the beginning. This is about theft. Theft that occurred for decades and runs in the trillions. I know DJT enjoys a BJ - as stormy Daniels will attest - but he won't pay trillions for it. So yeah thanks but no thanks.

So china has now globally signaled that they want a deal, let their panties down and DJT said no.

Vote DJT 2020 ..that guy knows how to foreplay ;))
