RT: Russia offered to sell Trump hypersonic weapons – Putin
Moscow offered Washington the chance to purchase Russian hypersonic weapons instead of developing its own, Vladimir Putin has revealed. The US, however, is seeking to create analogues.
The bombshell revelation was made by Russia’s president on Thursday, as he was speaking at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) in Vladivostok.
“I’ve told Donald [Trump]: Do you want us to sell it [hypersonic weaponry] to you? And we would balance everything by that,” Putin said when asked how new Russian weaponry might fit into existing arms-control agreements.

Sadly Barack Obama would have taken him up on the offer.
A.) As Senator, Obama called for delaying the space shuttle replacement to move money to what he wanted.
B.) As president, Obama destroyed the replacement program for the space shuttle.
C.) Result was that we paid Russia to put America astronauts on the International Space Station. So there is a Democrat precedent for paying Russia for rocks a missiles.
PS1: NASA became an outreach program to Obama's co-religionists.
PS2: The cost savings from cutting NASA allowed the Obama phone program!

Why not fix our infrastructure and offer a health plan? our rank as a nation has dropped steadily, and our longivity has also dropped, indicating a failed health system. And our vets? suicides and homelessness. and, perhaps, do something about climate change? Do not believe that is real? ask the Pentagon or oure climate science people rather than Rush Limpbough
Suicides, homelessness are due to the business and regulatory climate created by Democrats.
Why talk about climate change or the religious belief of AGW?
Has the IPCC models taken into account the carbonate-silicate cycle? You don't know.
Any decent article on a climate model should list more than a handful of variables.
Obama used the money for education, which is a huge waste. Schools with the highest spending per pupil have some of the lowest graduation rates. Throwing money at the problem is just pissing into the wind. Yet liberals insist on more. I remember going to high school and some of our books were not there. They were still being shipped. We survived and even earned good grades.It is not all about how much money you spend.
Infrastructure is a federal, state and city endeavor. If you have board roads, perhaps your local government is not spending anything and so is not getting matching funds. Readers Digest had articles about roads falling apart in the 1970s. Someone always has a story like that.
If longevity has dropped maybe it is because Democrats allow drugs to flood across out borders like fentynal. Or people have no purpose and no jobs. One of the highest places to get hit by the opioid crisis was Ohio. What did Michelle Obama tell them?

Well we now have the best African-American employment levels ever. If evil, dirty, dishonest Democrats do not keep importing illegals wage pressure will be up not down.
No jobs tends to encourage drug use through despair. Maybe despair is what DEM leaders want? Then will a smaller population Andrew Yang and other DIMs can turn 1/2 of America into their private wildlife park?
