- All of them want to prove each other's worth and superiority (USA wants to remain 1, China wants to be 1, and Russian wants to remain in the talks)
- Religious undertones and end of world legends all in place @ Syria; including non-believers (Chinese) and Christians (USA/Russia), and Muslims (Syrians)
