Attack against the US allies comes after Washington announced pullback of its troops from region
Turkey's air force launched an offensive against Kurdish targets in north-east Syria, the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported late Monday, followed by the US's earlier announcement not to intervene in the region.
This report comes in light of a tumultuous day stirred in Washington after US President Donald Trump ordered a withdrawal of American forces from Syria, acquiescing to his Turkish counterpart's request on Sunday.

WNU Editor: These air strikes were launched just after the few U.S. troops that were near the border withdrew this morning. As to what is my take on this Turkish operation. I do not think President Erdogan has an appreciation on the mess that he is stepping into .... U.S. official says planned Turkish incursion into Syria 'very bad idea' (Reuters). As for the U.S. decision to withdraw. I do not think they had any choice. It was withdraw or face a military confrontation against a NATO ally that has a lot of firepower in the region.

You honestly do not know that.
For someone who often preaches that the imprisonment of the doctor who aided in the intelligence leading to the capture of Osama Bin Laden is a great travesty/crime, abandoning the kurds who contributed greatly to the defeat of ISIS more than anyone else is another such travesty and simply shrugging it off is a great injustice, especially feeding them to Turkey's forces in this manner.
