Yahoo News: Trump declares 'major breakthrough' in Syria, lifts sanctions on Turkey

President Trump on Wednesday announced “a major breakthrough” in Syria amid bipartisan anger over his decision to pull U.S. troops from the region, allowing a Turkish invasion that has displaced more than 100,000 of America's Kurdish allies.

He said he was suspending the economic sanctions imposed last week to punish Turkey for the invasion.

In a brief address from the White House, Trump said the administration was informed by Turkey that it would be stopping combat, and that a 120-hour temporary ceasefire, which ended Tuesday, would be made permanent.

So once again the Democrats are caught in a lie.

Biden Apologizes For Calling Clinton Impeachment a 'Partisan Lynching' 21 Years Ago

The Democrats don't care. They think if they can make enough of stink by casting aspersions that they will get elected in greater numbers until rule like the jackbooted fascists that they are.

They just have too fool enough people enough of the time. The truth does not matter.

IF it were me debating Biden, I would make sure Joe stroked out and had to be rushed to the ER by continually flustering him and getting under his skin.

Joe is not all there anymore.

And the Democrats are trying to fool even more people long enough to get elected.

Most association are liberal.

It is because more professional are working stiffs, who do not have time for activism, while the libs move in and take over every organization.'

So the New York Bar Association says x and ????

If the Association says X, you probably should do the opposite of X.

There is a circle in Hell for libs that do that in Dante's Hell.

'Who gives a SHIT about Afghanistan?': Trump stunned officials with his comments during a military briefing, former aide says

Trump asked a question. What kind of answers can a mere headline reader, who has the the brainpower of gnat larvae give?

1) Many revolutions or insurgencies have foreign support. Who is supporting the Taliban?

The Pakistanis, the Iranians, private Gulf State charities and who knows who else.

The Pakistanis are arguably the largest supporters of the Taliban. They created the Taliban.

How can we win when the Taliban have state support and that state gives them intel, training, funds and safe refuge?

Double Game: Why Pakistan Supports Militants and Resists U.S. Pressure to Stop - CATO

Why Pakistan supports terrorist groups, and why the US finds it so hard to induce change

- Brookings

WNU mentioned that a possible way to apply pressure, severe pressure on the Pakistan government without spending money or using physical force. was to not process any visas for Pakistani business people or students.

Until we try that anyone bitching about Trump on Afghanistan is doing just that. Just bitching.

2) "America's longest war, the conflict in Afghanistan, has cost $975 billion when 2019 estimates are factored in according to website The Balance. " - Forbes

We are adding a trillion (5%) to our debt. Why? We are not losing, but we are not winning. It seems as though too many Afghans will not fight for their own country, so why should we? Afghan soldiers come to the US and go AWOL. Afghans migrate to Europe attack people and rape women. What good is Afghanistan?

3) We stay there and it creates viral load of liberal shit. Left-liberal _________(fill in the blank with a string of expletives; Liberals have earned it) accuse the US of WIC, stealing Afghan minerals (the latest chic fad among idiot liberals).

If we are out of Afghanistan maybe a corporation like OSHKOSH does not get as much money to build armored vehicles decreasing WIC.

If we are in Afghanistan we need MRAPs unless the liberals want to put soldiers in clown care (We know they do).

“We obviously had troops there for a mission and that mission was defeating ISIS,” Ambassador James Jeffrey told the House Foreign Affairs Committee. “So if you remove those troops before that mission is complete, then you have a problem. And we do have a problem right now.”

Jeffrey added that the Turkish invasion “has scrambled the entire northeast, undercut our efforts against ISIS and brought in the Russians and Syrian regime forces in a way that’s really tragic for everyone involved.”

Doubly so given the responsibility for creating ISIS.

There the liar Huntley goes. He is lying again.

ISIS is a spin-off of Al Qaeda. AL Qaeda was created by Osama bin Laden.

ISIS was born out of the criminal U.S. invasion of Iraq in 2003.

When U.S. administrators, under Paul Bremer, decided to "de-Baathify" the Iraqi civil and military services, hundreds of thousands of Sunnis formerly loyal to Saddam Hussein were left without jobs, and they were mad.

Al Qaeda chose to capitalize on their anger and established al Qaeda in Iraq (AQI) to wage an insurgency against U.S. troops in Iraq.

Many of their Iraqi members were imprisoned in U.S.-run "Camp Bucca," where they were able to meet up and radicalize, hence ISIS.

Would there be an ISIS if Bush hadn't ordered the Iraq II criminal invasion? Probably not, hence the US is directly responsible for ISIS

Anonymous said...

Bob you are stupid as always.

AQI was founded in 1999. That is 4 years before the invasion.

De-Baathification was following SOP. Following WW2 we had de-NAZIficaiton. We had a precedent and we used it. If your grandfather wa in Germany following WW2, he probably helped carry out De-NAZIfication.

Iraq lost Gulf War I. Gulf War I was an illegal war that Iraq lost.

Iraq then signed an armistice, which it broke giving justification for an invasion.

Bob Huntley said...

Disoriented BS that in no way disputes what I said and Iraq II was not legal. The US remains responsible for ISIS.

Anonymous said...

BOB Huntley could not dispute any point. Poor benighted blighter probably could not name the 1st leader of AQI.
