AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - A Dutch air strike against an alleged Islamic State bomb factory in northern Iraq in 2015 killed about 70 people, including civilians and IS fighters, the Dutch Defence Ministry said on Monday.

The government of the Netherlands had not previously provided a detailed estimate of the number of deaths in Hawija, near the city of Kirkuk.

Oops! Bob shit again all over this website.

No process is 100% perfect. Metaphysically, this makes sense when you consider the 2nd lay of thermodynamics. Nonetheless, we have the utter asshole named Bob, who believes that these process can be perfect and it is a crime, if they are not. Bob, the asshole, believes this even if he cannot himself make these process perfect himself.

In quality they tell you that 100% inspection of product is never perfect and a cannot be, because process are never 100% perfect. Many quality experts will tell you this.

Then Maha-Bobby came into the world immaculately conceived and 1`00% perfect in his thought, word, and deed.

Maha-Bobby can design a 100% prefect process for anything.

During one operation in the fighting in Normandy, Allied planes dropped their bomb loads before the phase line and killed many Brits and Canadians. I am sure that a stellar person such as Bob would have done a better job of navigating, because Bob does everything 100% correctly.

Nobody is perfect and especially not a military organization as one can readily see. But son you are completely off base.

When you say off base Bob, you should look yourself in the mirror when you say it.
