VOA/Reuters: Russia Raises Concerns Over new US Ballistic Missile Test

MOSCOW - Russia said on Friday it was alarmed after the United States tested a ground-launched ballistic missile that would have been prohibited under the Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces Treaty, the RIA news agency reported.

The United States carried out the test on Thursday. Washington formally withdrew from the 1987 INF pact with Russia in August after determining that Moscow was violating the treaty, an accusation the Kremlin has denied.

Now how are you ever going to have a world ending war if you don't work on diligently and progressively on the development of more destructive weapons?

Bob, the poor blighter of limited imagination and even smaller education, cannot envision that the world might end with conventional wars or economic mis-allocation (under socialism for example). Burn enough oil without finding a replacement and there is no plan B. Windmills ain't going to cut it.
