The Iranians are shocked that we had the temerity hit their guy. It rocks them back on their heels. Yet, they know nothing except to hit back and they will.
The only way to win is for the Iranian people to overthrow their autocrats or for us to hit them harder and more often than they hit us until they want to give up like the Germans or Japanese.
Not tommorow but Iran will retaliate... Big time, it won't take much to escalate.
