Trump desperately needed a distraction from that impeachment business and something he could hang his hat on when campaigning for re-election. It fit the bill on both issues and is as simple as that. As for consequences, well consequences are not something Trump has ever cared to think about and since it won't be his life on the life why bother.

Iran killed an American contractor and could have killed more. They did not, but it was not from a lack of trying.

Iran attacked our embassy in Baghdad.

Iran was planning more attacks.

"Iranian Revolutionary Guard Commander Qasem Soleimani wasn't the only major-league terrorist killed in the drone strike ordered by Donald Trump. Also killed was Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, a top Iraqi paramilitary leader whose long, bloody career includes attacks on American and other Western embassies"

Once again Bob fails like the fucking idiot he is.

I was was wondering when you would pop up your ugly snout after a prolonged absence. Your time away and another year did nothing to improve your intelligence or wisdom. You are still the same old fuckwit you always were.

Actually Bob, "That Impeachment Business" was the distraction. ..Feeble as it was. C'mon - you can do better than parroting crap talking points from anti-American Congress Critters.

As for consequences, we shall see, but I'm not seeing any where anyone but Iran pays the price.

Everyone who runs for Congress is always anti-American. This is just common knowledge.

Great insight as always, Russ! Keep up the good work!

Little minds like Bob Huntley and Ilhan Omar think alike

Birds of a feather flock together.

PS: Ilhan Omar's real surname is not Omar. Wonder what else is not real.

Ilhan Omar's real name is Ilhan Nur Said Elmi.

She is the daughter of a propaganda minister of the failed socialist regime of dictator Siad Barre.

Her whole family committed immigration fraud.
