Quartz: Raytheon engineer arrested for taking US missile defense secrets to China
When Wei Sun, a 48-year-old engineer at Raytheon Missile Systems, left for an overseas trip last year, he told the company he planned to bring his company-issued HP EliteBook 840 laptop along.
Sun, a Chinese-born American citizen, had been working at Raytheon, the fourth-largest US defense contractor, for a decade. He held a secret-level security clearance and worked on highly sensitive missile programs used by the US military.

This is not the Clinton administration. We do not freely give missile teach anymore as part of government policy.
Blighter saw his better do it and thought he could too.
So we are letting how many Chinese citizens into our schools in how many different areas of study as opposed to how many students from America in how many Chinese areas of study?
I don't know how many of these situations have been in the press over the years but it is too many in my opinion. And being that china has been a less than acceptable member of world society at times I see no loss in cutting back on Chinese citizens coming here for some studies.
I also question our security. Despite a warning the computer left town with it's user. I have no doubt that when the Chinese feel like they can pull it off they could be real ugly. The South China Sea was about as blatant of a land grab despite it's illegality as has ever been tried and accomplished short of war. Even more irritating the 'empty suit' didn't even get a set of chopsticks to keep him from doing anything but huff and puff.
