Why thank you Mr. Chuds for letting us know what's ok to say, how magnanimous!

Remember that many people on the university staff are a clear and present danger.

All they care about is butts in the seats and money.

They have no part in combatting terrorism, illegal immigration, or espionage.

Just think. That is in the same range as the China-American trade deficit.

What if China had paid it or most of it?

The cost of paying for the trade secrets/royalties and the trade deficit would balance each other approximately.

Donald Trump may not have existed. Could he have won based on the illegal immigration (1 issue campaign) alone? Did China create Trump's success by being greedy bastards?

My classmates and I were told 3 decades ago that Chinese was important to study for STEM IOT to get a doctorate. The languages were French, German, Arabic and Chinese. Italian was in the mix or had been in the mix. You did not have to be fluent, but fluent enough to read texts.

If a fair trade had been established people would be concerned instead of happy.

So now you're Yogi, squirrel. In your case " we might be lost, but we're making good time" would be more applicable.
