Zero Hedge: Did China's Tencent Accidentally Leak The True Terrifying Coronavirus Statistics
Ten days ago, shortly after China first started reporting the cases and deaths associated with the coronavirus epidemic, a UK researcher predicted that over 250,000 Chinese would be infected with the virus by February 4. And while according to official Chinese data, the number of infections has indeed soared in the past two weeks, at just under 25,000 (and roughly 500 deaths), it is a far cry from this dismal prediction, about ten times below that predicted by the epidemiologists.

WNU Editor: The internet platform that is revealing these huge numbers is owned by China's TenCent, a huge Chinese multinational company with extensive internet and media properties. I do not know if they may have accidentally revealed the true extent of the coronavirus epidemic, but everyone I know in China (and it is a lot of people) are terrified with what is happening. Rumours are flying everywhere, and no one is trusting what Beijing is saying.
Update: I have also been hearing about this .... Wuhan coronavirus crematoriums 'working 24/7' burning ‘100 bodies a day' insider claims (Daily Star).

They (Tencent) may represent domestic opposition to Xi.
The death toll is being low-balled.
The actually number of people infected is low-balled not on purpose but due to ignorance. These are not random samples. Due to budget constraints of testing people at large and government interference.
