Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship With Quarantined Passengers Docks In New Jersey

* Royal Caribbean cruise ship with 12 quarantined passengers docked in New York Harbor at 6am on Friday
* Suspected coronavirus cases were rushed off the ship by medics at the port in Bayonne, New Jersey
* At least three sick passengers were wheeled away on stretchers and other Chinese nationals were screened
* There are 12 confirmed coronavirus patients in the US but none so far in New York or New Jersey

Sick passengers on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship containing 'isolated' Chinese nationals will be tested for coronavirus after it docked in Bayonne, New Jersey, this morning.

At least a dozen Chinese tourists were kept in isolation, while some passengers are said to be suffering from pulmonary issues, reports the New York Post.

Early this morning, medical staff were seen disembarking several passengers on stretchers. It's not clear yet where they will be treated.

Coronavirus symptoms include fever, coughing and shortness of breath, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
