WNU Editor: When I first saw the pictures and video I said to myself that it is over-kill. But upon reflection I now understand the message that they are trying to send out to everyone. This coronavirus is very infectious and dangerous, and this pandemic is very real with very real consequences to those who do not take it serious. There are currently 495 infections in Russia, with one death.

It's cute how the media comrade always makes sure they let Putin go first and the other one is shown rushing behind him into danger zone. Seen this so many times. Putin so heroic.so much wow. Think he is so cool he doesn't even need hazmat suit. Our people go in with a face mask. Not even the good one. Didn't get sick. Didn't pass it on. Just bounced off.

Totalitarian governments will have strong incentive to exaggerate the infection rates and death rates. It's to use this as cover to eliminate undesirables, mark em down as testing positive, quarantine em, eliminate em and blame it on the disease.

With that said the threat is definitely real. I know someone whose lost a close friend to this. For graphic stories about what a pathogen can do to people the tv series "Monsterd inside me" is excellent.

In my situation it does no good to criticize this or that government policy. I must carefully observe them, pray, and adjust accordingly to save my family and our family business.

As POTUS said "the cure can't be worse than the disease." Ultimately this thing must run its course. The virus will do what it does and the human immune system will do what it does. The government's reaction to this has increased stress and likely depleted our buffer to withstand this as it runs its course this could well mean that the death toll will be higher as this does run its course than it would have been had we done nothing.

I believe our best approach is to strengthen our immune systems. I take a potent multi vitamin combined with brisk walks and lots of sunshine. All of this seems to work. I haven't had a so much as a cold in about two years.
