I would guess they were beaten and thrown from the hospital windows by Russian plainclothes police because they were trying to make the authorities look bad. Anyone agree?
Where I live we went through a period of time, where people were used for shoveling and not shoveling their sidewalks.
If you do not shovel, you were bad. If you shoveled and someone still slipped, you were bad. You did not shovel perfectly enough. After more than a decade it was decided that snowfall was an "Act of God" and that property owners would not be sued for snowfall or the degree of perfection of the clean up.
Viruses are "Acts of Gods". If surveillance identifies the most prevalent strain, the sequence of events are changed when that viruses can no longer gain traction and often another viruses takes its place within the same flu season. Damn if you do and damn if you don't.
In the USA maybe the government can change up the PSAs. The SJW PSAs are worthless and condescending anyway. For an upcoming flue season they could inform the public of the most prevalent strains identified and thus what strains will be covered by the the quadrivalent flu shot. They should get a sportscaster & advertising team make them and produce them.
Why a sportscaster. To jazz it up, make it more interesting, get people involved and aware. Make people more aware and more responsible for themselves.
