Cyclone Amphan is nothing.
Back in 1991, Jesse Jackson opined in good race baiting form that Somalia was the 1st time the US ever helped out people of color.
He and also the press and political establishment conveniently forgot the evacuation of Liberian citizen during the civil war or the humanitarian relief efforts in Bangladesh after a cyclone.
All this happened 6 months before Jesse Jackson a high ranking Democrat spoke ex cathedra.
You cannot point out the facts. That would be racist. Instead one must conclude that Bangladeshis are not people of color. They are in fact white than white.
