NBC: Barr says it's unlikely Justice Department will investigate Obama or Biden
Attorney General William Barr said Monday he does not expect the Justice Department to probe former President Barack Obama or former Vice President Joe Biden as part of its review of the FBI's investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.
Speaking at a news conference to discuss a shooting at a Florida naval base last year, Barr was asked about President Donald Trump's suggestion that Obama and Biden committed crimes. Saying he was not specifically taking issue with Trump's remarks, Barr criticized "increasing attempts to use the criminal justice system as a political weapon."

If Barr is a professional he will not tip his position. Too dangerous. He'll wait for Durham to uncover evidence, arrest the 3 Stooges Brennan, Clapper, Comey along with their confederates inside their organisations & the Obama administration. Obama being a former president will not be arrested or attend a court of law because he was president. They wouldn't want race riots. It would be enough to ruin his reputation forever like Nixon. Like Tricky Dickie he'd be known forever by a nick name like the Dear Leader, Der Fuhrer, Sneaky Sotero or Beastly Barry. I hope this pans out fairly for the American people & for the rule of law. Nixon did nothing that was not already done in Washington He just did less of it.
It is why he was shocked and perturbed that they came after him.
Didn't order the break-in. There is no proof and often his enemies say he may not have, but that it doesn't matter. Certainly he did not steal a state by stuffing ballot boxes or a radio station. But the people who did stole a state or a station are "good" people.
Nixon was better than Cater, Ford, or LBJ.
