Al Jazeera: Taliban killed, wounded over 400 Afghan forces in one week: Gov't
Afghanistan's interior ministry accuses the Taliban of carrying out 222 attacks against security forces in past week.
The Taliban has killed or wounded more than 400 Afghan security personnel over the past week, the interior ministry said, accusing the group of increasing attacks in the run-up to expected peace talks.
Violence dropped across much of Afghanistan since the Taliban announced a three-day ceasefire on May 24 to mark the Muslim Eid al-Fitr celebration, but officials have accused the group of stepping up attacks in recent days.

Obviously many of the Afghan armed forces are incapable of learning. We and the Russians before tried. Now school's out. Time to go home, Americans, Brits, etc. We can find other uses for the federal reserve's hollow dollars as can any other country who assisted in a near futile effort. You can lead a dinosaur to water but you can't make it think.
Good for Trump. This should trim the deficit a bit.
