Former CIA Station Chief: U.S. Is Under Seige By Chinese Espionage

FOX News: Former CIA station chief Daniel Hoffman: The US is 'under siege' by Chinese espionage

The United States is under siege by Chinese espionage, former CIA Station Chief Daniel Hoffman asserted Tuesday.

In an interview on 'America's Newsroom" with host Ed Henry, the Fox News contributor explained that Chinese spies are targeting American academics, researchers, businesses, and national security officials.

"They’re also sending their own to our country because they’re trying to take advantage of our very open democratic system to steal our intellectual property," he added. "And, it is of great concern and I’m sure of heightened interest in the Congress as well as our Executive Branch for how to come up with better solutions to counter this."

WNU Editor: What I find astounding are the number of U.S. scientists, professors, academics, researchers, etc. are willing to receive money from China without appreciating the consequences on her they are dealing with. Case in point .... Harvard professor pleads not guilty in U.S. to lying about China ties (Reuters).

Its not so hard to understand why these American academics and scientists spy for China. Why sensitive tech universities seem determined to enroll every Chinese elite they can into programs. They hate the Unites States. THey hate it as it was founded and they hate it as it is. You could make a good argument that US academia is a threat to national security.

Its the same class of quislings that has indoctrinated the droves of malcontents protesting and rioting and looting the large, Democrat-run cities.

LOL! The case-study makes my point.

You could have benefited from some actual academics... But on the bright side, you got an "A" in Indoctrination.

Having studied at an Ivy League (top 3) let me just say that it's filled with superficialities and clichés. A lot of hype and cramming instead of deep analysis.

I've studied at two elite universities. The lesser known (within top 50 world wide) was much harder, much more challenging and rewarding than the top 3 one. And you do get a lot of leftists dogmatism in the US... It starts in europe too and everyone is scared of the leftist bullies. Pure fascists.
I can tell from experience. And you are constantly bullied for any beliefs that deviate from the "90% of scientists" agreed nonsense. I have a science degree. Science changes daily and we make more mistakes and errors anyone would want to know or admit.

The really bad ones are the ones like Fauci. Completely eroding my trust. And I have a degree in that very field. He is full of it. His wife works in the ethics/oversight at FDA. How convenient.

You have to understand they don't stay out bad. They just want more. And more. And more.
It's a lot of ego driven maniacs - often small men and ugly women - and politicking. Don't offend anyone, virtue signal and you get your grant.

Meritocracy and honesty has left us decades ago and we better understand quickly just how much of a devastating blow this is to the intellectual and moral superiority of the West. We used to have rules formed by a meritocracy and the persuit of truth. No more. Now we have "likes" and virtue signaling moving entire departments.

Anon @2:11 sorry but you're full of it. I know your type.
