The outbreak aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt sidelined carrier for two months.
The Navy's top leaders have decided not to reinstate the captain of the USS Theodore Roosevelt and the admiral in his direct chain of command will be held accountable as well over their handling of the novel coronavirus outbreak aboard the aircraft carrier, according to a U.S. official and a congressional aide.
The outbreak aboard the ship sidelined the Roosevelt in Guam for more than two months and left a quarter of the 5,000 sailors aboard infected with the virus, including one who died.

Congress hasn't vote. But Congress doesn't do anything. It lets SCOTUS do the hard work, while it just collects paychecks.
People want to go after China for COVID and that might lead to a war. Yest they seem oblivious. More than one liberal will happily say that any trade restriction on any other country no matter what they do is an act of war. Such a country might be engaged in GENOCIDE and your average LIBERAL DEEP THINKER will oppose trade restrictions.
