Overtime will go up

Minneapolis PD has about 800 police officers. So it has less than that in street cops. You won't see the chief, assistant chief or some other walk a beat.

Every 8 cops is 1%. So, so far 2% are leaving. The cops within a year or two will stay until retirement. Other cops want to leave, but are looking for others PDs, which are quieter to apply to. Once they get the job, they are moving.

Poor little immigration fraud felon Ilhan Omar complained that 50% of murders are not solved. Solving the case depends in part on people coming forward, funding, manpower and the laws ion the books. Those would be constraints and constraints often determine, if a problem is solvable (tractable) or unsolvable (intractable).

Cupcake felon is going to live in a city with a smaller tax base & rising crime and in part it will be her fault.
