Time/AP: Trump Administration Floats Summit With Britain, China, France and Russia for U.N. Anniversary Amid Pandemic

WASHINGTON — Secretary of State Mike Pompeo spoke Monday to his Russian counterpart about convening the leaders of the five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council to mark the 75th anniversary of the United Nations, the State Department said.

The department said Pompeo spoke to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov about the possibility of a commemorative event “in the near future” that would involve President Donald Trump and the leaders of Britain, China, France and Russia. The U.N. had planned a series of celebrations to mark the occasion centered around the annual General Assembly session in September but has been forced to cancel or postpone many of them due to the coronavirus pandemic.

No details of the proposed summit were provided in the brief, four-sentence statement, but such a meeting, either in person or by teleconference due to COVID-19, would come as the U.S. pushes ahead with efforts to extend a U.N. arms embargo on Iran that is set to expire in October under the terms of the 2015 nuclear deal.

Update: US discusses five-power summit with Russia (AFP)

WNU Editor: This proposed summit will be held 6 weeks before the US Presidential election. Because of that I would be surprised if China would agree to this meeting. Beijing has no interest to give President Trump any positive news right now.

Politicians getting in the way of politics. Egomaniacal, self preserving prideful and our enemies. Not Chinese not Russian not Iranian. Not north Koreans. Globalist "enlightened" interests from a nationless unelected aristocratic cabal.

I am uneducated. But it's the best I can do. We all feel the hypocrisy however. Intellectual or not. A perfect example of the divide. Illusory hierarchy, since idk? 1960-70ish? Men stopped weighing each other in salt. The accountants came out of the back rooms and here we are.

I do not know, if your post was anti-Trump or anti politicians or anti something else. I have watched documentaries of the Bilderberg meetings with interest. I have been thinking how successful Soros has been in just royally screwing over the US. He has been floating money for DA races across the country among other things.

Now, this violence across the US isn't all his doing, but he certainly has given it a shot in the arm.
