Zero Hedge: Biden Asked Point Blank About Apparent Cognitive Decline... It Didn't Go Well
Over much of the past year there's been increased scrutiny focused on presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden's possible cognitive decline, given a series of bizarre statements, mishaps, and sometimes testy exchanges with constituents.
To our knowledge, the below televised CBS interview this week is the first time the 77-year old former VP was asked directly on a major TV network whether he's willing to submit to a "cognitive test" in order to put widespread concerns of his perceived mental decline to rest.
"Why the hell would I take a test?" Biden exploded. This was followed by a strange and somewhat nonsensical cocaine analogy, and ended with Biden once again sputtering and trying to get out simple words — a familiar pattern. In short, it didn't go well:

WNU Editor: Latinos have diversity of thought, unlike Black Americans..... Nothing is going to happen to Biden because of this. And I doubt the main stream media will broadcast this bite. But the debate within the Democrat Party is growing because they can see that Joe Biden does not believe what he said is wrong.

Here, the test Trump took and boasted about:
Acing the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Test, which includes such tasks as identifying animals and drawing a clock, determines nothing other than that the taker is not suffering from mild cognitive dysfunction. (Wallace pointed out to Trump that he, too, took the test and thought it was easy.) It's not even entirely conclusive, designed as a rapid screening test. It takes ten minutes and is not meant to be hard -- unless, that is, you have dementia.
It would, it seems, be a test your average fifth grader can pass, and should not, therefore, be used (or cited) as a way to determine one's capacity for acting as an adult, never mind serving as President of the United States of America.
Look, you Lib anons have to admit something is wrong with Biden. There is nothing cognitive wrong with Trump; you just like his opinions but that’s not dysfunctional.

Speaking virtually on Thursday to the National Association of Latino Elected Officials conference, the former VP vowed that his administration will reflect "the full diversity of this nation" as well as "the full diversity of the Latino communities."
"Now what I mean full diversity, unlike the African American community and many other communities, you're from everywhere," Biden explained. "You're from Europe, from the tip of South America, all the way to our border in Mexico, and the Caribbean. And different backgrounds, different ethnicities, but all Latinos. We're gonna get a chance to do that if we win in November."
