Russian President Putin Says The Health Ministry Has Approved The World’s First Covid-19 Vaccine

RT: Putin says Russia’s Health Ministry has approved world’s FIRST Covid-19 vaccine – his own daughter has been vaccinated

Vladimir Putin announced on Tuesday morning that Russia has registered the world's first vaccine against coronavirus. He says the dose is effective in forming immunity against the deadly pathogen which has spread globally.

“As far as I know, a vaccine against the coronavirus infection has been registered this morning (in Russia) for the first time in the world,” the President told members of the government. “I thank everyone who worked on the vaccine - it’s a very important moment for the whole world.

Putin insisted that vaccination in Russia should only be carried out on a voluntary basis, with nobody forced to accept immunization. He also revealed that one of his daughters has already been vaccinated.

WNU Editor: I would not take this "vaccine". They have not completed any third phase clinical trial. There has been no peer review. And the Russian Health Ministry has provided no scientific data on this vaccine.

"I would not take this vaccine..." I tend to agree, however, the risks associated with approving a vaccine that is faulty is enormous. The legal ramifications of introducing a flawed vaccine. The vaccine is going to be voluntary. Without the third phase trial, peer review, and scientific evidence I would think they are going to have a very, very hard time getting many people to take the vaccine.

How they plan to get around this in the US is likely by having "scientists" rubberstamp the studies, the peer review, and the third phase trials. The next step would obviously be to indemnify the vaccine manufacturer of choice from any legal liability should the vaccine prove faulty and then force people to take the vaccine vaccine by imposing felonies and steep fines on those who refuse. Over the years I've learned not to trust my (the American) government in pretty much ANYTHING. Is the Russian government any better? It would be hard to imagine them being much worse.

I continue to read articles of doctors in other countries who are using and having success treating citizens successfully using the much maligned hydroxycloroquinine[sp] and zinc, usually, and another substance too convoluted to type.
Quite a number of links at ZeroHedge, Aug.9, under the title Big Pharma's Narrative Is Failing.
I won't take the cure should one be produced. This whole virus situation has been mishandled, in retrospect, I feel. Time will tell.

We need to hold media accountable for lying about a medicine while there's a pandemic going on. Lawyers should sue cnn, msnbc, nytimes, wapo for these outrageous lies that can be traced back to their pharma bosses and conflicts of interest. Thousands might have died because of these ghoulish liars that lecture us on mobs, suppress our rights of assembly and free speech.
All these liars need to be fired, trialed and imprisoned. They're the biggest danger to an informed society

Anon (5:45PM),

Mr. Feldhake's assessment of you would seem to me to be correct. If you are unable or unwilling to discuss the posts while being respectful and civil to others, I would suggest you not post here. Behaving in such a disrespectful manner makes you a "troll."

My position is I would not take this vaccine for essentially the same reasons the editor says he wouldn't. This position also meshes with the positions of my contacts in the medical profession who have advised not to take a first, second, or third generation vaccine. Merely elaborating on the editor's take would not qualify as trolling.

Now, if you think our government is trustworthy, there's not much I can dobto help you. Our government led us into the Iraq War on the basis of analysis put forth by US (un)intelligence which was compounded by misuse of this faulty data. We actually could stop there. Few governments if any could top this in terms of damage caused. Moving on our government bubbled into Libya, bumbled into Ukraine, and now we have the overblown COVID-19 hysteria that has led to the destruction of the lives and livelihoods of many. While perhaps the current Russian government or others could possibly top this, it would be exceedingly difficult. As such, it would be unwise in the extreme to trust either the competences or the integrity of the US government at this time.

Prior to the overblown COVID-19 hysteria which is mostly political president Trump had made progress in turning this around. Getting Trump reelected and achieving Republican majorities who will support and actively push his positions is vital. Doing so gives a fighting chance of turning things around.

B(e) (Im)Poster, the Russian troll, is lecturing people on net etiquette.

I'm not lecturing anyone. It's actually experiential common sense that we treat others with respect and decency. This is also the position of decent people as well.

The post by anon (5:45) does not meet a standard of basic human decency and puts forth an accusation that is without merit. Furthermore you've chosen to repeat this slander.

I'm not Russian. I've provided my contact information here numerous times yet you've made no effort to find out for yourself.

By what you've posted I'm assuming your going to rush out to take this vaccine and you unconditionally trust our government. Very respectfully both positions would be unwise.
