"This may seem a strange way to begin a post about a surge in violence in Minneapolis, but Natalie Portman ... — you did this."

Minneapolis Police, Defunded by City Council, Advise Residents to Obey Criminals

"Hollywood stars such as Portman and many others, who can afford their own private security, backed defunding calls. It was irresponsible and thoughtless, ... Defunding police is condemning the rest of us, without regard to race or background, to this surge in violence."

Yes, it always comes back to liberals and their crap.

why not learn what defuncing is really all about instead of making dumb comment?

I really like the "match what you call for idea".

If she's for defunding public security by 10%, I humbly suggest she do so for her private security. Sometimes this may mean 1 instead of 2 bodyguards for the princess.

But shouldn't be a problem, right? And the 10% she cut there she still has to pay for a BLM cause. That's equality.

Go on, princess. Show the way.

Then make it -mandatory- on "white folk" and call it systemic racism/ anti fascism task. Oh the irony. The princess long switched sides and is now working for Darth Vader, betraying the Trumpian rebellion of free speech and justice for all independent of race or class

Princess. Just because Trump is white or pro police doesn't condemn him to be evil. Instead you casting a perception of evil over everyone of a particular background, especially white Republican or any Republican, THAT is evil. THAT is racist too. And it's intellectually lazy.

The dumb get dumber indeed.
And her oscar 2021 is guaranteed. Bark little doggy, bark. Now dance little doggy. The reward will come in likes and oscar nominations. Perhaps double oscar. She was so good for the cause.

Louisville Black Lives Matter Using 'Mafia Tactics' on Hispanic Business Owners

The same thing happened during the Freddie Gray riots in Baltimore. Black gang members pointed rioters to Hispanic businesses.

You think you hit the identity politics jackpot, since your son is dating a black woman. While being disingenuous, mendacious, and slow, you are nonetheless cunning enough to know the BIPOC train is primarily about Black Supremacism and the I-POC part are there as peasant levy and left overs.

Think of Blacks as being Mongols, the ultimate steppe warriors. Think of Turks as IPOC. The Turks were defeated and along for the ride. Now, look at Central Asia. Draw the appropriate conclusion.

The PJ morons quote the police about defunding The defunding has not taken place and so the police warn about what might happen as though it is happening because of something that has not taken place, ie defunding. And chuds has orgasm!

11:31 a.k.a. philoctetes

We have the statements of the city council in print and on video. We also have the statements of Minneapolitans to the press. Many news outlets link to and reference other news sites. A person reading a Daily Mail or PJ Media story and visit those other sites. I often do.

philoctetes, why do you hide behind a moat for years on end? Scared?

Who are you scared of? BLM? ANTIFA? Your children?

Oh look, here are virtuous liberals and socialists targeting a successful black woman.

Seattle Police Chief Urges City to Oppose 'Mob Rule' After Rioters Target Her House

And PJ media link to a supporting document.

https://spdblotter.seattle.gov/2020/08/02/33410/

Oh looky here. A local TV station has the same news as PJ Media. But PJ Media is stil lbad for carrying the news, because Orange Man bad, non-socialists suck, or something.

SPD chief sends letter to city council, says protesters targeted a home of hers

philoctetes might not know that KIRO is a local Seattle TV station, because philoctetes does not leave the security of the castle ward. He does not get out much. He rarely comes out from behind his moat to got NYC. It is doubtful he will visit NYC in the next 2 years or every again. Got deny, deny, deny and yet hide behind his green walls.

PS: philoctetes got me to read Breitbart again. I had not read it for a year or more, because the reporting was good, but format was not friendly. But thanks to philoctetes fulminating about it like a steam boat blowing its tubes, I started reading it again.

"Bloomberg occupied the top position in New York City government from 2002 to 2013. During that time, the New York City health department recorded that obesity rates rose from 27% to 32%."

So Bloomberg set out to make people less fat and he made them more fat.

Typical of a liberal.

Why do you call someone scared when you stalk him nonstop; read his lengthy bio and refer to parts of here; hide behind Anon?

The Manhattan district attorney’s office suggested on Monday that it has been investigating President Trump and his company for possible bank and insurance fraud, a significantly broader inquiry than the prosecutors have acknowledged in the past.

The office of the district attorney, Cyrus R. Vance Jr., made the disclosure in a new federal court filing arguing Mr. Trump’s accountants should have to comply with its subpoena seeking eight years of his personal and corporate tax returns. Mr. Trump has asked a judge to declare the subpoena invalid.

The prosecutors did not directly identify the focus of their inquiry but said that “undisputed” news reports last year about Mr. Trump’s business practices make it clear that the office had a legal basis for the subpoena.

The reports, including investigations into the president’s wealth and an article on the congressional testimony of his former lawyer and fixer, Michael D. Cohen, said that the president may have illegally inflated his net worth and the value of his properties to lenders and insurers. Lawyers for Mr. Trump have said he did nothing wrong.

The clash over the subpoena comes less than a month after the Supreme Court, in a major ruling on the limits of presidential power, cleared the way for Mr. Vance’s prosecutors to seek Mr. Trump’s financial records.

Cyrus R. Vance Jr. is a hack with a pedigree and a pedicure. Nothing more.

... Cyrus R. Vance Jr., has two big recent victories, but still has not said whether he is seeking re-election."

Funny how a guy, who is in the driver's seat and doing diligent work as a liberal, has not declared, if he is seeking nomination for office.

Like Aventti Cyrus has wrecked his career on the rocks of Stormy Daniels.
