Military Times: Trump’s popularity slips in latest Military Times poll — and more troops say they’ll vote for Biden
The latest Military Times poll shows a continued decline in active-duty service members’ views of President Donald Trump and a slight but significant preference for former Vice President Joe Biden in the upcoming November election among troops surveyed.
The results, collected before the political conventions earlier this month, appear to undercut claims from the president that his support among military members is strong thanks to big defense budget increases in recent years and promised moves to draw down troops from overseas conflict zones.
But the Military Times Polls, surveying active-duty troops in partnership with the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University, have seen a steady drop in troops’ opinion of the commander in chief since his election four years ago.

WNU Editor: This poll was done at the end of July and the beginning of August when Trump was low in the polls. The polling sample is also small. My prediction. President Trump got 40.5% of the military service vote in 2016. I think he will still do better than that in this election cycle, but not by much.

I'd like to see the make up of the "Third Party" choices.
Military Times is totally deep state crap.
More often than not people join for the skills learned, the GI Bill, or the after service opportunities. Most people would rather go back to the 1980's. Train wait for the big one and hope it never comes. They are not up for endless deployments although most take it in stride.
So I would expect 60 of poeple to vote this way with 40% being overcome by identity or other politics.
If you want more Iraqs, Afghanistans, Syria, Libya etc, vote Biden.
If you want less, vote Trump.

In a time when much of media that has been around longer than 20 years is MSM and where flaming RINOs like Romney walk the earth, calling the Military Times deep state might be on the mark. but one needs to make the case, One could take sample of stories of size 10 or 15 and compare it to the takes of other media or your own knowledge or judgment.
