Today's Briefing On The Serbia - Kosovo Deal Showed How Dysfunctional The White House Press Corps Has Become When It Comes To Covering International News Stories

FOX News: Grenell rips journalists for not focusing on Kosovo, Serbia deal: ‘I don't know if you can find it on a map’

'This is atrocious,' he said.

Former Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell ripped into journalists on Friday during a briefing on an economic deal between Kosovo and Serbia when reporters asked instead about other topics -- suggesting the topic was “too complicated” for them.

"I don't know if you can find it on a map, but this is atrocious. I have to tell you guys,” Grenell said at a White House briefing.

Grenell, who served as special envoy for the talks, was speaking to journalists about the deal to normalize economic relations between the two former adversaries.

The Belgrade-Pristina deal was signed by their two leaders – Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Kosovo's Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti – in front of Trump in the Oval Office, with Trump describing it as a "major breakthrough."

WNU Editor: The Serbia - Kosovo agreement brokered by the U.S. is a huge story. But when I looked at the journalists in the press room, most were just kids when the conflict first started 21 years ago, and they clearly do not care about the story. This is sadly the state of modern day journalism in the U.S. today when it comes to covering international stories.

Anyone who is old enough to have watched and appreciated the 1984 Winter Olympics - then to have seen the ruin of the country, city, people and venues just 8 years later will have an appreciation for the diplomatic accomplishment that was achieved today.

I don't know Russ. It's said ( and I believe) one cannot live in the past, but neither can the Left live in a world of fantasy, which they do.
Joe Biden's condition (which is obvious) is a perfect metaphor for the Left, out of touch belonging solely to the past.

There are aspects of the past that I much prefer compared to the demise of common courtesy and respect I see in the adults my generation bore and raised and the offspring of some of them now displaying their ignorance and self-centeredness.
Anyone here remember the Dad's Old Fashioned Root Beer advertisements? Well, here's the new version, same tune new words...me me me me me ME! me me me me me ME!
