London (CNN)European countries including Italy and England are mulling strict new measures to stop the spread of the coronavirus, as cases on the continent continue to soar.
More leaders are preparing to take drastic action, which will likely damage their economies, to contain a second wave of Covid-19 -- following in the footsteps of nations such as France and Spain, which have been forced to tighten restrictions in major cities.

For their next trick the European will stop a solar flare. You could harden satellites and and key components of the electrical grid or you could simply stop the solar flare. Some said the trick was to simply say "Wir Schaffen das" with great conviction.
Instead of focusing protecting the elderly, they will lockdown the economy again and let Russia and China buy up the fragments.
