Emails from a former business associate of Hunter Biden's inner-circle who's serving time in prison for a 2016 investment scheme reveal that Hunter and his colleagues used their access to the Obama administration to peddle influence to potential Chinese clients and investors - including securing a private, off-the-books meeting with the former Vice President.
The emails, given to investigative journalist Peter Schweizer by former Biden associate Bevan Cooney and published by Breitbart also reveal that in 2011, the younger Biden and his business associates discussed strengthening relations with "China Inc." as part of a "new push on soft diplomacy for the Chinese."
As Breitbart notes, these emails are completely unconnected to the Hunter Biden emails released by the New York Post.

WNU Editor: We know that President Trump has a lot of enemies. But it looks like the Bidens have many also. The details that are now being posted are separate from the New York Post and their cache of Hunter Biden emails.
Every election cycle brings about an October surprised. This is definitely an October surprise. Will it impact the election? Will it damage Presidential candidate Biden? I do not think so. Hunter Biden is clearly a damaged human being, who took advantage of his father's position to profit from it. Did Joe Biden know what his son was doing? I think he knew partially what he was doing. But he did not know the details. And because of that I think the American public will give him the benefit of the doubt. But if evidence is revealed that shows Joe Biden knowingly using his son to enrich himself, and some of the New York Post emails give a hint that there is that type of relationship, all bets are off. But until those emails can be more thoroughly verified, it is all idle speculation with the main witness being Joe Biden's son and his personal emails and text messages .... a son who is also is suffering from seriously addiction and psychological problems.
Update #3: Just an observation. The last time that I saw Democrats this scared over a breaking news story and on how it may impact their Presidential candidate was the revelation of Bill Clinton's extramarital affairs before the 1992 election.

I think WNU is wrong. Hunter is not going around his old man. if Hunter Biden's email to his 1/2 sister Naomi can be trusted, the Joe Biden is demanding 1/2. If that is true Joe Biden was directing all of it.
Look at Hunter Biden. His mother died tragically. He was there, His father marries a social climbing gold digger.
But if his father is moving him about like a puppet, maybe there is a good reason for his drug and psychological problems?
I've hated Hunter Biden up until today. Today, I have some sympathy for him.
Joe Biden got that job for Hunter at the bank of Delaware. Maybe his father ordered him to leave that job for another "job" that bank robber Joe Biden had in mind. Maybe hunter was perfectly happy in the 1st job and would have climbed the ladder under his own power, but pappy said move I got another mark, I mean job, lined up.
One of Biden's daughters also has a drug problem. Maybe it does not have so much to do with affluence as Joe Biden?
Oh well we only have the husk of Joe Biden to kick around for 3 to 9 months more before war. The War Joe will give us.

Also, did you know that Biden will be just great in addressing China? He loves China. What could go wrong there. It's not like we are under attack by China. And it's not like he owes them money or anything like that.
Joe is a normal guy who has been working all his life in politics, 47 years, and was such a good, talented politician that he made several hundred million doing so. The mansions he lives in and the millions in payments through Burisma and those Chinese companies are not signs of corruption but admiration. He was such a popular politician that foreign companies just - out of the good of their hearts- decided to shower him with money.

There's nothing illegal about sitting on a board of a company whilst family members serve in government, although Hunter Biden now says that serving on the Burisma board may have been "poor judgement".
Hunter Biden's lawyers said in statement in October 2019 that he had undertaken "these business activities independently. He did not believe it appropriate to discuss them with his father, nor did he."
Hunter told the New Yorker magazine that on the only occasion he had mentioned Burisma: "Dad said, 'I hope you know what you are doing.'"
Amid all the scrutiny, the Democratic White House nominee said last year that if he is elected president, no-one in his family will hold a job or have a business relationship with a foreign corporation or foreign government.

Biden, Burisma and a surprising CIA connection
This opinion piece by David Ignatius has aroused right-wing fury because it contradicts the absurd recent story about Rudy's magic computer, published in the New York Post. Although the piece is worth reading, I disagree with Ignatius on a key point:
What’s clear, beyond the false scandal-mongering, has been evident for years: Hunter Biden made a mistake getting involved with a dubious company like Burisma.
It's not popular to say that Hunter did nothing wrong, but I'll say it anyways.
The American right keeps linking the words "Burisma" and "corruption" in order to convey the impression that we are dealing with a hellishly evil company. If you spend enough time on right-wing websites, you'll form the impression that Burisma executives kill toddlers while quaffing adrenochrome and shouting "Hail Satan!"
It may be more accurate to say that Burisma was the victim of corruption.
