WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump and his intelligence chief have pushed for quick declassification of a document disputing the 2017 intelligence community finding that Russia acted to help Trump get elected in 2016, three U.S. government officials familiar with the matter told Reuters on Thursday.
But their effort faces strong objections from inside the intelligence agencies, two officials said on condition of anonymity given the sensitivity of the matter. One reason for their opposition is the proximity of the Nov. 3 election.
An Oct. 15 letter written by Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe to the inspector general for the intelligence community, reviewed by Reuters, confirmed he was seeking the declassification of the document at the request of Devin Nunes, the senior Republican on the House Intelligence Committee.

Why not? What could there possibly be to hide? I suggest little Adam Schiff present it to us. He's honest and trustworthy. The best the democrats have.

Look at the key word "push".
It as though they have to bargain or convince subordinates to do it.
It appears that the bureaucrats/mandarins are actually in charge and not the president.
A major criticism by historians of Chinese emperors has not been the emperor, but of the mandarins. It goes like this. Things are bad. New emperor overthrows old, bad emperor. New emperor is dynamic. He gets things done. He leads armies. He has skin in the game. He actually does and sees things, so he knows what is what. After that it goes down hill. Mandarins advise the risking the life of the heir is dangerous. So he is cloistered and coddled. By the 3rd generation or thereafter the heir is spoiled and doesn't know his ass form a hole in the ground. Starts acting like Paris Hilton. The emperor becomes a figurehead. The wise mandarins rule. Things go to Hell. Dynasty falls. Rebellions & famines.
So yeah mandarins/bureaucrats, we trust them ...
Where is Parrot?
I think after the debate performance, more documents coming out, and a deluge of more documents coming out, Parrot is stressed.
Maybe Parrot can parrot a Leslie Stahl denial?
Such a nice attack and it came so quick.
I hit pay dirt. You are squealing.
My second sentence was short, to the point, and very good.
Americans do not care. Will this document put food on the table, give them jobs, give them healthcare coverage or cure Covid.
Most Americans probably do not even care anymore about the Trump tax returns which are more salacious than this.
You are so adorable.
Here you are muddying the waters or saying everyone ois equally quality, yada, yada, yada

Everyone is not the same Trump is better than Biden or Obama. He had the lowest Black and Hispanic unemployment. People, who are employed ,can put food on their own table that they bought,.
If you have ti queue for food then you have a master. I can see why you like the queue. You want to turn the clock back 200 years.
* Being at the same website as you is not stalking.
* Wanting to refute your partisan lies and ignorance is not stalking.
It is a true statement that many observer's would think you were stressed with the documents coming out.
The following is a true statement
"Maybe Parrot can parrot a Leslie Stahl denial?"
In fact we know the firm that gives Democrat Politicians and Democrat Press their TPM. We also know you parrot the Democrat press.
As to sucking cock. Seems as though mathematics & science corresponds well with The Bible.
Why would I want to go full frontal liberal, when this is the result?
You might reconsider you allegiance to being a progressive. Consider Karposi's sarcoma. You might think such a consideration is going off on a tangent, but in fact it supports The Bible, science and is anti-prog. How come we know of Karposi's sarcoma? Because of the AIDS crisis stating in 1979 to 1981.
What I like to know is:
How will a proverbial HIV vaccine will vaccinate against HHV-8?
If we are afraid of GMO, why are we not afraid of vaccinating against everything under the sun? How many total vaccinations or total different types can a person tolerate? If you vaccinate against plethora of different disease, do you so prime your body against them that you set yourself up to be blindsided by other diseases?
Is there a threshold past, where additional vaccinations put you at risk for auto-immune diseases?
When you have a problem in a factory you use PPE, administrative controls, engineering controls, substitution, and re-design. Notice that they use the full spectrum to solve the array of problems.
If you make an analogy to people and health, you would use vaccinations and cultural controls. You might sneer at cultural controls, but culture keep people sane as in the Latin sanus (health). I don't think you can vaccinate against every problem. Many but not all. You can only have so many vaccinations at one time. SO there is a limit to how many diseases you can vaccinate against.
So I ask you why would a person do as you suggested in your post? Since you broached the subject, what have you done?
This should have happened long ago. I suspect it hasn't happened because to do so would exonerate Trump and would prove that the Russian interference hysteria is overblown. Then we have the "sources and methods" being compromised excuse.
