Rasmussen Daily Tracking Poll Says 51% Of Likely U.S. Voters Approve Of President Trump’s Job Performance

WNU Editor: Rasmussen Daily Tracking poll for today is showing that 51% of likely U.S. voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-eight percent (48%) disapprove. President Trump is doing 1% better than President Obama at this time in his 2012 re-election campaign. The link to Rasmussen Tracking poll is here (link here). What is my take of this poll. President Trump is doing better than President Obama did in 2012, and President Obama easily won re-election. This poll also does not reflect last night's Presidential debate where in my opinion President Trump did well. Bottom line. No incumbent has ever lost an election if his approval numbers are above 50% from likely voters, and President Trump is above that number right now.

Leslie Stahl violated the agreement. Read the fine print.

You are just unhappy that 60 Minutes got caught red handed.

Trump was bold and set a new standard, which democrat and Republican candidates will uphold.

If Trump wins, then in the future reporters will be more honest and less partisan in their questioning and reporting.

Megan Kelly said that Leslie came off as whiney and a few other choice words . She didn't cuss so liberals can't easily hang heir hat there. They'll have to work for it and they will still face plant after working.

It's pretty much a given now known by all that the media is biased against Trump. All the followers of the media have already made up their mind and are voting for Biden so airing the segment Sunday or whenever will only reinforce their echo chamber. No votes are changed. The so called "Independents" or "Moderates" already know the media is biased against Trump so, while the may not have made up their minds yet, the media report is not going to alter their vote. As for Trump supporters, this will not change their vote either.

Team Biden could have gained votes with a better debate performance. The polls with the good track records such as the Rasmussen Daily Tracking poll and Tafalgar are de facto predicting a Trump victory. If they are right, then all Trump really had to do in this debate was "hold serve" which I think he did.
