A nearly 60-page intelligence report dated October 2 and provided to RedState late Wednesday details the relationship between multiple Chinese State-Owned Entities (SOE’s) and companies owned by Hunter Biden, Chris Heinz (stepson of former Secretary of State John Kerry), Devon Archer, James Bulger, and suspected Chinese intelligence asset Michael Lin.
Despite what Hunter Biden’s attorney claimed in 2019, Hunter started traveling to China shortly before the Big Guy became Vice President and signed contracts with SOE’s while the Big Guy was Vice President.
According to Christopher Balding, Associate Professor at Peking University HSBC School of Business Shenzhen – who notes that he did not vote for Donald Trump in 2016 and will not be voting for him this year – who reviewed the report before publication:

WNU Editor: This Biden-China report is jaw-dropping and is here .... Project Time (Typhoon Investigations). The person who put this report together is not a Trump supporter, and in fact will vote against him (again) this year. I went through it this morning, the info he retrieved is in the public domain, and it is an excellent job (I do the same thing for clients who are interested in doing business in Russia and China).

Try using cue instead of queue. There are night courses to learn english.
I have queueing on the brain. It is so useful and yet unknown to so many. It was wrong, but it read well enough phonetically.
You should think about queueing theory. Apply a queue to where they take known travelers and and non-know travelers. Solve that problem. then since you already have abstract symbols, abstract it and apply it to another problem. See what you come up with.

Maybe China did it to influence Trump. Maybe China had expectations that it would work, because it worked on most other people in the D.C Swamp.
It does not prove or show a quid pro quo.
Should it be investigated? We'll get the FBI and CIA right on it? Will they find anything?

China spending this money is chump change. But maybe they were sending a signal.
